All sales are final, however if your item was recieved damaged or in the wrong item or color, please contact us with in 5 days, for us to assist you with a new order or a refund. Customers must contact us prior to shipping item back, for return or refund approval. Returns must be in their original packaging complete with original labels and tags. Unworn, unwashed, without stains, smoke smells or wear and tear. We will not be able to offer you a return if an item is not in a perfect condition.
We will process all returns within 3-5 business days. Refunds may not appear in your account immediately, depending on your bank.
If sending items back from outside of the US, make sure to declare items as returned goods, clearly state 'U.S RETURNED GOODS' on any parcel. Any duties on returned goods will remain the responsibility of the customer.
